Education & Taster Days: Office of Medical Director

The North Wales & North West Urological Research Centre is dedicated to providing education and taster days for the next generation scientists and clinicians. From the 1st-5th August 2016, 6 students (Ellie Collins, Tom Haycock, Mehtaab Shergill, Hamna Jameel, Alex Jones and Matthew Jones) undertook a weeks work experience at the research laboratory.

The students were at varying levels of education, ranging from GCSE, A-Level to 1st year Medical School. All students thoroughly enjoyed their experience working in an active clinical research environment.

Mr Iqbal Shergill commented "NW2URC and BCUHB are dedicated in providing education and taster days to the next generation of healthcare professionals. Its been a pleasure working with these young people during the week".
